Welcome to our brand new centrally located property whether you are visiting our great city for fun or business you will be happy you stayed with us.  

This Vintage inspired suite has everything you will need for your stay.  We have carefully chosen every piece in this suite from the luxurious bedding for a superior sleep in your home away from home to the one of kind art pieces painted or hand drawn by Kimberly's grandmother hanging in the suite for your enjoyment.

We would be honored to host you like a local and share with you everything from local spa services like acupuncture from your host Kimberly who has been a registered acupuncturist for over 20 years to neighbourhood locally owned restaurants and personally curated crafting sessions at a hidden gem of a studio.

Centrally Located:

- Basement suite in the Central Neighbourhood of Sherbrooke located just off the Yellowhead & St. Albert Trail's, mins away from the Anthony Henday and Groat Road
- Super close to some of the best restaurants and galleries in the city
- We provide you with a link to our online Guestbook that provides you with all the details about your stay, but will give you a locals guide to the best and most exciting hidden local things to do while you are with us. 
- Whether you are in town for an event at Roger's Place, Commonwealth Stadium or at the Expo Center you're only 10 mins away.

- If your in town for some shopping we have direct access via transit only a block away that will take you to West Edmonton Mall.  If you'd like shopping a little closer you can drive or bus it to Kingsway Mall or Downtown Center.  

We will provide you with FREE Parking right out front of the house and our back yard garden to come back to every day after your adventures to order delivery or to BBQ.
